Consultation

  • Initial consultation via WhatsApp texting or call with Alameen.
  • Alameen gathers your requirements and introduces their services.
  • Provides maid biodata that suits your preferences.

Selection & Online Interview

  • Select a maid’s biodata and arrange an online interview.
  • Engage in a conversation with the maid and ask questions.

Deposit Payment & Documentation

  • Proceed with 50% of the payment.
  • Alameen provides a list of required documents.
  • Collects all necessary documents for registration, documentation, and stamping.

EPPAX, SMO & SIPERMIT Registration

  • Alameen registers through three government websites using your documents:
    – EPPAX: 14 working days (usually 1 month for approval).
    – SMO: 14 working days for approval.
    – SIPermit: 7 working days for approval.
  • The process typically takes around 2 months.

Maid Preparation & Medical Checkup

  • Alameen processes documents in Malaysia while the Training Centre in Indonesia prepares the maid.
  • Two (2) medical checkups are conducted: one (1) in Indonesia, and one (1) in Malaysia (FOMEMA).
  • The final training stage is completed before the maid flies to Malaysia.

Maid Arrival, Checkings, and FOMEMA

  • Alameen picks up the maid upon arrival in Malaysia and conducts a thorough check of her belongings.
  • Ensures no restricted items are present for the employer’s safety.
  • Refreshes the maid on her job responsibilities.
